MEDITATION

Meditation is the practice of quieting the mind.

There are many forms of meditation, which can include breathwork, visualization, mindfulness and mantras. The aim is to still the mind for a sustained period of time.

There are many benefits to meditation and these include:

  • Improved sleep
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Improved focus
  • Anti-aging
  • Increased energy
  • Immune system boosting
